(A) THE MAIN OBJECT OF THE COMPANY TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:-

To carry on the business of to cultivate, manufacture, prepare, mill, grind, dehydrate, process, refine, store, can, bottle, pack and repack, preserve and buy, sell, trade and otherwise deal in tobacco leaves, tobacco, opium, ganja, gudaku, gul, cigar, cigarette, biri and snuff, food grains and other agricultural, diary, horticulture and poultry products, fruits, vegetables, herbs, medicines, flowers, drinks, fluids, gas and fresh and preservable products.

To extract by-products and derivatives whether edibles, pharmaceutical, medical or of any kind or nature whatsoever and food preparations of every kind and description.
